As ELIPs should be written in markdown format, should we upload the draft to https://github.com/cyber-republic and discuss there?
Github is open and supports markdown files well.

We’ve featured and added a summary of this in English, and it will come out in the next CR Weekly.

I generally like this system and would like to see it implemented. I like that there are specific time constraints to when things must receive a response, but one of the questions I have is if the response is not received within the time it is supposed to, how can it be enforced? ie, if the Secretariat does not approve within the 7 days they should, what process is there to ensure they make a response?

Thanks for your support and good questions.
If members of the CRC or the Secretariat do not do what they should do, should be a problem that the CR Consensus should solve.

The Secretariat is responsible to the CRC Council, CRC Council is responsible to the community. In your case, I think they should launch a complaint proposal to CRC.

我们经常讲:以客户为中心,客户是谁?

客户需要什么样的应用和产品。

为什么定义区块链和钱包、去中心网络服务和存储服务、应用和Runtime,其实每一块都有大大的文章可以作,“力出一孔,利出一孔”,区块链、钱包、网络服务、存储服务、应用和Runtime服务那一块是亦来云社区团队最优先面向社区提供的服务,那块最有可能差异化运营、优先杀出来一条路?我们也看到点对点通讯、社区钱包也都出来很多产品,在我看来没有一款将会获得成功,用户体验和用户需求上来讲和真正竞争级别产品还是有很大差距。也希望不仅仅是留下一个产品,领了一些奖励之后不管不顾。每一个方向的产品和需要深耕并不断面向用户需求的提升用户体验。

新一代互联网的规划固然宏大,以现有资源与不如先在某一点聚焦,形成某一个方向或者某一个聚焦点的自循环的可持续的自循环体系。

微观层面:

技术代码价值体现需要具体评估和激励标准需要进一步规划:

付出和支出的成本是否取得持续性的发展和良性回报,相关激励标准是否又有可量化标准,所贡献代码对最终产品又有哪些帮助。开发者社区运营的根本要回到激励层面,没有精细化的和制度化的奖励标准,相对可行的能够自运行的相对奖励规范制度显得尤为重要。当然,这不是一个简单容易的事情,但是需要最终需要通过大胆时间并不断严重和评估形成可以信任并自运行的奖励机制。否则,没有合理的评估体系和奖励标准,社区将会形成羊毛大党的社区文化,后面讲步履维艰。
